1. What we collect

AI Sheet Report is a static editorial site. The categories of data we may collect are narrow and described below. We do not sell personal information.

• Server logs. Like any web service, our hosting provider records standard request metadata when you visit a page: IP address, user-agent string, requested URL, HTTP status, response size, and timestamp. We use this data for security monitoring, abuse mitigation, and aggregate traffic analysis. Logs are retained for up to 30 days, then deleted or anonymized.
• Email addresses you send us. If you contact us at [email protected] or any other newsroom address, we retain your message and email address in order to reply and to keep a record of the correspondence. We do not use these addresses for marketing.
• Cookies. The site itself sets no first-party tracking cookies. We may use a single first-party preference cookie if you opt into a per-session UI setting in the future; no such cookie is currently set. If you arrive through a third-party aggregator or social platform, that platform may set its own cookies — those are governed by the third party's privacy policy, not this one.

2. What we do not collect

• We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
• We do not run cross-site behavioral profiling.
• We do not build a reader profile tied to your name, employer, or browsing history.
• We do not sell or rent any data we hold to advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.

3. Analytics

If and when AI Sheet Report adds analytics, we will use a privacy-respecting analytics provider (server-side, aggregate, no cross-site identifiers) and update this policy before doing so. As of the effective date above, no analytics package is loaded by the site.

4. Third-party data and links

The ticker chips on the site link to Yahoo Finance. When you click one of those links, Yahoo loads its own page under its own privacy policy and may set its own cookies and trackers. The same applies to any other external link the newsroom cites in an article (primary-source filings, company press releases, third-party reporting). We have no control over and accept no responsibility for the privacy practices of third-party sites.

Live quote data shown on the site is fetched at build time from Stooq (stooq.com) by a server-side script. Stooq does not receive any of your personal data through that fetch — the request is made by our build system on a schedule, independent of any reader's visit.

5. Hosting and security

The site is hosted on commercial cloud infrastructure protected by industry-standard physical, network, and operational safeguards. No system is perfectly secure; we make no claim that the site is invulnerable to attack. We will notify users of any data breach affecting personal information to the extent required by applicable law.

6. Children's privacy

AI Sheet Report is written for institutional and professional readers and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with such information, please contact us so we can delete it.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable privacy law (for example, the GDPR in the EEA and the UK, the CCPA / CPRA in California, or comparable regimes elsewhere) — including the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, the right to object to certain processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Because we hold very little personal information about readers (essentially: nothing beyond ephemeral server logs unless you have emailed us), most requests are trivial to fulfill. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable period.

8. International transfers

The site's infrastructure may be operated in jurisdictions outside your home country. If you access AI Sheet Report from outside the United States, you understand that the limited data described in this policy may be processed in the United States or other countries, subject to appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted at this URL, dated above, is the current one. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Effective" date and, where required by law, more prominent notice.
